Values

We are excited to introduce our new Purple Crow Values Statement!

Our values define who we are, how we treat others, and how we work together every day. While none of us are perfect, these values represent the standards we strive to live out as a team and will play an important role in recruiting, coaching, and employee development.

Over the next few days, you'll see our Values Statement displayed throughout the building. Please take a moment to read and reflect on it. They are below, and you can download them as PDFs in English and in Spanish.

Most importantly, check your email! All employees will receive a link to a short Values Training through Paycor. The training only takes a few minutes and can be completed on your computer or mobile device.
