Fall Family Dinner
The Crow Bar was full of family last night. Chef Tony’s now-famous shredded beef with banana peppers was a hit, and the ice cream for dessert was the perfect finish.
Welcoming our 2nd shift families for dinner gave us a chance to remember why we work and why spending time together matters. Watching the kids reminded us to be present in the moment and find joy in simple things. Their wonder, excitement, and enthusiasm over something as simple as a game of foosball was contagious.
Jesus tells us to have faith like a child. Sharing a meal with these families last night reminded me to trust in a generous God who knows our needs and faithfully provides for them.
